Conclusion

First determine if you have the hunter genes. (You PREFER the taste of saturated fats - butter and all animal fats - to that of poly-unsaturated fats - margarine and all vegetable and fish oils)

Then determine whether you have the daylight or the night version of the hunter genes. (Answer the lunch/dinner, morning person/night owl questions)

ONLY eat at the correct time of day for YOUR genes and never eat at the wrong time.

Eat and drink anything and everything that you feel like eating EXCEPT:-

AVOID as far as ever possible poly-unsaturated fats and

AVOID caffeine (or any other stimulant) completely (coffee, tea and cola).

Please remember caffeine is addictive. Wean yourself off it slowly or you are likely to suffer withdrawal symptoms - usually a very severe headache.

I could just have said - Never eat until you feel HUNGRY, only eat food if it tastes GORGEOUS when you do so and do not stop eating until you feel FULL

The hunters CANNOT feel hungry at the 'wrong' time of day. When one type of fat tastes NICER than the other, food without the nicest tasting fat does not merit the word 'gorgeous'. If you do not eat enough of the CORRECT fat, you can NEVER feel full.

If you are carrying any weight that your own body considers abnormal (true morbid obesity), it will begin to get rid of every dangerous pound immediately.

If you are not carrying any abnormal weight (You only weigh approximately twenty stones - 280 pounds - or less) just 'sit back' and be patient. Over time your body will begin to designate your extra body fat as 'surplus to requirements' and get rid of it.

Don't believe this will happen? This is what has been happening for the last thirty years on Dr. Atkins. Click here for explanation.

In the meantime, you will be happy and content, fit and healthy whatever your weight.

In more of a hurry to lose weight - see the rest of this site for the instructions on how to re-stabilise at the end of any diet in order to avoid putting back on any of the weight lost on the diet.

REMEMBER diabetics may require medical assistance to regulate their insulin when following this, their body's natural eating pattern.
